I recently had Nikki & Alisha at Charles Head carry out a valuation on my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They were incredibly efficient, extremely professional, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Their friendly, personable approach made them an absolute joy to work with, and they took the time to answer all of my questions with genuine care and expertise. I would highly recommend Nikki & Alisha to anyone looking for outstanding service

Sold off-market through Nikki, at Charles Head, and it was genuinely straightforward. Quick, professional communication throughout, and none of the usual stress — they found the right buyer without the property ever hitting the open market, which suited me perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale. I would must certainly use them again. Thank you Nikki.

Jo and the letting dept at Charles Head managed the letting of our property in Kingsbridge for 4 years. They dealt with maintenance issues promptly during the tenancy and have a reliable team of contractors to draw on.

From start to joyful finish, the team at Charles Head have been fabulous. Initial properties were not quite right for us but they dialled in to our needs and came up with a property which could have been designed for us it was that perfect.

The CH team have been great, from the initial engagement to signing the tenancy agreement they managed everything. The entire team are great but Jo guided me through the new landlord processes very well & Mia & the social media team produced a standout post - which got 15000 views & a tenant in a few days!

We were recently involved looking at a property with Charles Head. From the very beginning all members of the team were extremely helpful, not just with the buying process, but lots of local & lifestyle info., as we would be new to the area. In particular Mia Povey, went out of her way to assist us, even doing a viewing with us on Saturday morning (which was her day off!) In essence, the communication was great, and a friendly, knowledgeable and genuine team. We would definitely recommend Charles Head to friends and family. Thanks all

Charles Head Estate Agents have been my lettings agent since 2021, and have helped with both fully managed and tenant find only tenancies for my properties. I am incredibly happy with the service I receive each time I rent out a property. Jo Smith is meticulous in detail and ensures that I am up to date with the ever changing rental legislations and requirements of landlords. I would fully recommend their letting services to anyone that wishes to rent out their property.
