Meet the Team
As the new owner of Charles Head Nikki is a very ambitious person who has a great deal of passion for property. Nikki has lived and worked in Kingsbridge her whole life and has gained a wealth of knowledge across the South Hams. One of Nikki’s greatest traits is her value for family which she is eager to push here at Charles Head and carry on the tradition which Charles Head has built up over the years.
Nikki’s experience from her past jobs will enable her to add key features to Charles Head which she has learnt from jobs such as Property Management, Marketing and Sales to take Charles Head to that next level. With over 15 years of experience of running her own successful companies Nikki will be a great asset to Charles Head.
Senior Sales Manager
Ed, born in Devon and living locally, has over 30 years experience working with the Westcountry property market and has a wealth of country house and coastal property knowledge. Having previously worked for Knight Frank, Savills and Jackson Stops, Ed has a reputation as a successful deal maker.
Accounts Manager/Personal Assistant
Sarah, whom previously worked at Charles Head for 6 years under a different job role, has been working within an accountancy firm for the past 6 months before returning to join the brilliant Charles Head team once again. She has been given the opportunity to expand her knowledge within her new role and enjoys the prospect of new challenges.
Sales Negotiator/Viewings Coordinator
Alisha has lived and worked in the Kingsbridge area most of her life, giving her exceptional local knowledge. In 2016 Alisha headed to Cardiff University where she graduated with a BSc honours degree in Business Management and Marketing, achieving an Upper Second-Class Degree. During her time at University, Alisha covered a wide range of additional subjects including Accounting, Marketing and Buyer Behaviour which she has put into practice here at Charles Head.
The success of Charles Head is very close to Alisha’s heart as the daughter of the new owner, Alisha and Nikki share not only a strong family bond but a vision for taking the company to new heights. They work very closely together often sharing job roles and some say Alisha is a mini Nikki in the making as they share a commitment to hard work and client satisfaction.
Jo joined us recently with a wealth of experience in the Lettings Industry – having extensive knowledge of the local area and providing a personal service to both Landlords and Tenants. Jo has in depth experience of rental legislation and procedures and will guide you seamlessly through these processes.
Head of Commercial
Kirsty heads up the commercial agency department and provides disposal advice to both business and private individuals. Kirsty graduated with a Master’s degree in ‘Cities’ – Human Geography from King’s College, University of London, and formerly an Undergraduate degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, before returning ‘home’ to the South West in 2012 to develop her career in property. Kirsty became a member of the RICS in 2015 and has worked as both a rural surveyor for Savills, where she qualified, and in commercial acquisitions for the discount food retailer, Lidl, before joining Charles Head in 2020. Kirsty is a proactive member of the team and adopts a pragmatic approach to achieve her client’s objectives.
Marketing & Events Manager
Lucy joined Charles Head in February 2020. She has lived and worked in the Kingsbridge area most of her life and has previous experience in PR, Advertising and Administration. Lucy loves being creative, you only have to look at our Instagram page to see her creativity and photography skills, and when it comes to attention to detail she always strives for perfection.
Office Admin Manager
Rebecca was born and raised in the South Hams and has completed a degree in Travel and Business Management. She recently joined the Charles Head team from a small local Travel Agency. Rebecca is now taking care of the office in order to help the continued success of Charles Head and is looking forward to new challenges within the company.
Property Management Coordinator
Following a few years working for a pharmaceutical giant, Glaxo in Hertfordshire, Alison decided to move back to Devon to work for Plymouth City Council in The Capital and Asset Management Planning Department along with starting a family. Around 15 years ago, she left Plymouth to work in the South Hams and become an administrator for a local estate agent, and since 2010, she has worked in the residential lettings sector.
Property Management Assistant
Nicola joined Charles Head in 2019 to develop her skills within the Lettings Department. She has previously worked in administration jobs and has gained various qualifications in Business Administration and Customer Service. Nicola was born in the South Hams and has lived here all of her life, she loves living in this part of the world and has much local knowledge proving to be a great advantage for her role.
After a long career in teaching, Lesley has recently joined the Charles Head team following her permanent relocation to the Kingsbridge area, a part of the country that she has grown to love after spending many holidays here over the past ten years.
With a genuine interest in property development, interior design and working with people, Lesley supports the sales team in the office and accompanies viewings mainly at weekends but also provides additional help at busy times.
