Senior Consultant - Kingsbridge
As the great grandson of the original Charles Head, Tony continues the family connection of this long-established estate agency. Tony, a Fellow of the NAEA, takes a valued consultancy role for residential sales and lettings in our Kingsbridge branch. Having joined the company under his father’s management in 1971, Tony has witnessed substantial changes in the local property market. In particular, he has seen the explosion of interest in the South Hams from distant regions as the area’s coastal charms have become increasingly accessible through developing transport links.
Tony’s long service and commitment to the agency has made him a well-loved member of the community. It has also afforded him the pleasure of getting to know local families and seeing properties passed through generations. Tony’s vast experience and unrivalled local knowledge position him perfectly for leading property sales in South Devon.
Lettings Manager - Kingsbridge
Jo joined us recently with a wealth of experience in the Lettings Industry – having extensive knowledge of the local area and providing a personal service to both Landlords and Tenants. Jo has in depth experience of rental legislation and procedures and will guide you seamlessly through these processes.
Lettings Assistant - Kingsbridge
Nicola joined Charles Head in 2019 to develop her skills within the Lettings Department. She has previously worked in administration jobs and has gained various qualifications in Business Administration and Customer Service. Nicola was born in the South Hams and has lived here all of her life, she loves living in this part of the world and has much local knowledge proving to be a great advantage for her role.
Sales Negotiator - Kingsbridge
Tanya joined the Charles Head team in 2019 . Tanya has a wealth of previous experience gained in a marketing role for a local estate agents in the South Hams. She is passionate about the local area, she can call home since 2000, and added to this is her delighted interest in the wealth of property available in the region. She sees herself as a budding Sarah Beeny and enthusiastically imagines a property’s full potential on every viewing. Working for Charles Head in this capacity is a real joy in both meeting and assisting customers and exploring the range of properties waiting for a new owner.
Sales Negotiator - Kingsbridge
Hannah raised in Aveton Gifford, joined Charles Head in 2018 as a Residential Sales Negotiator when need for Charles Head Sales supply was in high demand. Hannah comes from an experienced background in the Hospitality Industry and Business Management, she carries a wealth of local knowledge having worked in Kingsbridge and Salcombe over the past 14 years and is dedicated to further expand her skillset and apply it to her passion for the property sector. During that time Hannah obtained a Diploma in Human Resources and Fundamentals of Human Resource Management. Hannah adores the south west and claims there really is no better place to live, work and bring up her children. Hannah finds working within the community and meeting an array of people the most rewarding part of her work. For Hannah the importance of being approachable and professional in all aspects of her job is paramount.
Sales Assistant - Kingsbridge
After a long career in teaching, Lesley has recently joined the Charles Head team following her permanent relocation to the Kingsbridge area, a part of the country that she has grown to love after spending many holidays here over the past ten years.
With a genuine interest in property development, interior design and working with people, Lesley supports the sales team in the office and accompanies viewings mainly at weekends but also provides additional help at busy times.

Accounts Manager - Kingsbridge
Charlotte joined Charles Head in 2010 when the Lettings department was thriving, she assisted Lisa in all aspects of the Lettings department, working her way up to Assistant Lettings Manager. Being born and bred in the Kingsbridge area, her local knowledge was a key advantage when negotiating rentals. In 2013 Charlotte went off to pursue a career in accountancy. After qualifying, and missing the involvement of the busy, friendly estate agent office with a fantastic local reputation, Charlotte returned in 2018 to maintain the business finances.
