In the Best Estate Agent Guide for 2023 and the British Property Awards for two years running the team received an excellent rating for lettings which is testament to their hard work and dedication; our team has certainly set the pace. They were rewarded as gold winners in the British Property Awards for two years running- 2020/21 and 2021/22.

In 2022 the experienced team of Jo, Nicola and Ali had 32 instructions, winning more lets than the other front runners. This winning team secured 91% lets from the properties instructed- a great result!
They don’t keep the houses under wraps but creatively market them, seeking out and matching clients with the perfect home and paying dividends to the owners - A winning streak for all involved!

A good team is always successful under the guide of an enthusiastic, encouraging and motivated leader. Jo, our Lettings Manager, is a local lady with a wealth of knowledge of the South Hams and her genuine passion for the property sector is evident. Her resume is impressive: 18 years in the lettings sector; 15 years as an Office Manager in general practice and an extensive knowledge of rental legislation and the associated legal procedures.
The lettings business is a tough one and its myriad of issues on a daily basis never fails to dampen the spirits of Jo and her dedicated team. Jo’s passion for property is what motivates her, sourcing and efficiently managing properties for people who want to put down roots and make their rental property their home.
