Commercial properties are tangible assets which offer a higher level of return compared with residential properties but with this comes higher risk and initial outlay. Commercial properties often have longer leases compared to residential property and because of this are better able to ride most storms.
A number of the commercial properties we take on (office, retail or industrial uses) would be suitable to investors, for which the leaseholds are capable of being sold on or the properties are for sale with existing sitting tenants and therefore provide a ready income stream.
